Friendly enough people, but I recommend going to the new one (way more stuff and you can order online) I also got growled at... when I wanted a coffee and they gave me the wrong size, but that was just one person. Read more

I love great coffee and Starbucks has a style for all tastes. Hot or cold.

I came in last night, Saturday August 20 around 5 pm to get a couple coffees and the barista behind the counter(tall, young boy,... with shaggy dyed blonde hair) didn't even greet me or ask what I wanted. And when I asked a question he just stared at meblankly. Still placed my order, him still not saying a word.. maybe he was distracted by the airpod in his ear, who knows. I goto pay with my starbucks app and all he said was "I can't use those" ????? Which I'd understand if there was an issue with themachine or something but I feel like he could have stated that before I ordered or at least tried talking to me beforehand. Ileft without my drinks but the lack of customer service and his attitude overall was terrible. And I'm young, I get it, retailisn't fun and we all have bad days.. but maybe choose a different job if you're not even going to interact with the customer. Read more
