I love how the kid over the drive thru with the black glasses: told me it would be a wait because I always ask for my food fresh... (which nobody does half the time) they were so polite and I loved how they made your food fresh! And still was not a long wait.Good job! Although I love eating at this place definitely won't be back for a while until different staffing is there the manager working... her butt off to get all the orders made the young lady that she had working with her with short brown hair picked up my foodwith her bare hand and gave it to me needless to say lunch was not ate that day. We only use the drive thru, and usually only to get my son a chocolate shake. The staff is quick and attentive but what's even... better? They're polite and friendly! Shakes are cheaper other places, but Arby's will get our business because it's a pleasantexperience. Read more
Usually happy, most of the time. As usual, drive-through is much faster than counter. (sigh, backwards). New employees... nonstop at Morris location, they've closed on Saturdays and Sundays from lack of staff. Maybe the CEO's should stop pushingrecord profits and try pushing best service during inflation and maybe pay employees more than minimum. Read more
