Mostly good experiences here. There have been some bad ones in the past, order wrong, etc, one that sticks out: We stop at this... Taco Bell often at the beginning of an hour long drive that we make multiple times a week. On this occasion we didn't check ourbag as we exited the drive thru because we hadn't previously had any issues. We stopped at Tractor Supply for animal feed, anddid not open the bag to eat until 45 mins into the drive. We had gotten two meals, had drinks and tacos for each but only onefull order. There were Gorditas completely missing for one order and the wrong Gorditas on the other. All were supposed to bechicken, these were beef. I might of been high af but I went at 11:30 at night and was the best Taco Bell experience I?ve had in a very long time.
Worst Taco Bell I have ever patronized. To start out, it smelled bad. As we entered an employee, in a rude tone, advised that... because they were short handed they were not serving anything fried, and that ordering on the kiosk was the only option. Theyhave two kiosks, and only one of them was working. The restaurant was not clean. I witnessed one customer trying to ask forassistance, but he finally gave up and just left. I did a special order on the app and this is one of the only Taco bells that ever gets it right. I've used the app at a lot of... different Taco bells and it's usually horrible. It is still kind of dumb that you have to go to the drive-thru and check inbefore they'll start making your food, but I mean it is what it is. Overall, the food was good and I had a good experience. Probably the saddest POS ive ever seen from this store. If I could make multiple 1 star reviews I would. Literally one half of... the crunchwrap was completely flat. Theres nothing in here. The whole store needs to be fired and replaced how often thishappens. Read more
No explanation needed!! See pic below and it explains it well. I did go back and ask if I could have more than a taco shell. The... lady manager said that is how they come without lettuce. I was like ummm no I get meat and cheese a lot and never had to guesswhere the beef was lol. So she remakes two of the 5 tacos but didn?t remake the other three with the lettuce. She said theywould be the same. I was like you mean I get shells and lettuce? I just said forget it and drove off? $13 for 5 pretty much tacoshells and lettuce is ridiculous. Read more
Details hmm: yes that?s the problem here.. I?m seriously questioning weather the employees here tonight 1/9/22 can even read ?... first they missed an entire drink, apparently they don?t know that cheese goes on a cheese quesadilla and steak on a steakquesadilla, wouldn?t give me a receipt, and when I asked for sauce well you can see their response in the photos, this place isa joke and I will not be back soon.
