You shouldn't trust people that don't enjoy a Blizzard

They're very slow. Went around dinner time, drive thru was definitely steady and no one inside and yet fries and burger were... cold, cold enough to not even come close to melting the cheese in between the 2 patties. Very good and quick to receive my order

I hate to complain, but my daughter and I went out for a special treat and ordered us the peanut buster parfaits with extra... fudge! When they were passed to me I said nicely asked, ?are you sure there is extra fudge in these ? lol cause there didn?tlook like very much to us lol!! And he was honest and said ?oh I forgot!! let me be right back with new ones? two seconds laterthe other lady working comes out and gives these exact ones back and says have a nice day...... we left so disappointed. I am constantly disappointed with the lack of fudge put on my sundae even though I ask for extra fudge, I pay for extra fudge,... yet the amount given is nowhere near what I expect. I have gone to other Dairy Queen locations and they always give more fudgethan the Morinville location does. I expect my fudge to be on the bottom and the top going all the way around the ice cream butit is never done the way it should be. It is never put on the bottom and it is only put on one side of the ice cream on thetop. This isn?t just on the odd occasion, this is always the same way. Last 3 times I have gone to this location my order has been totally messed up. By that I don?t mean one item was incorrect.... Whole orders messed up. Ordered large drinks no ice, got medium with ice. And when it was brought to their attention that weasked for large they said ?welp, you paid for a medium.? Did not give us the option for large drinks or to pay for the upcharge. Asked for one burger and got a completely different burger. Will not be going to this location anymore. Read more

We just passed through here on our way home from a trip not too long ago. The girls who served us provided some of the best... costumer service I've ever seen. The one girl with the drive through headset was unbelievably kind and went above and beyond. Itput such a nice ending to our trip, I wont forget it! Read more
