I think police write tickets for those parked outside the truck stop. No problems with shower. Don't know anything else
We stopped to do our 10 hr break. There was a truck accident right at the entrance causing traffic issues. The fuel island is a... full blown clusterf@#k nonstop. We passed on even attempting any fuel . We found a spot and parked and used the Pilot App tobook a shower. It took a while to get our shower but it was clean and the pressure was great. The women's restroom needed alittle attention , but it was super busy . The employees were friendly . The PJ Fresh food was fresh and hot and delicious, likealways. This truck stop doesn't care about truck drivers ??Husband & I stayed here all night .Went inside to get breakfast & coffee the... next morning around 7:15 & there was no breakfast. We get hungry like everyone else . It's bad enough people treat truck driversbad but to not have breakfast when we need breakfast to get our day going .Shame on you Pilot ! Read more
Do not go here if you have a motorhome or travel trailer. People do not know how to park and the parking lot is a disaster. With... no where to go, people park at the pumps to go to subway. The place is insane. Read more
It's a nice place to get showers and gas or diesel ?? for your semi or regular vehicle. There is a subway it's good or the deli... is pretty good also. The bathrooms are very clean. It's easy to get too it's right off i-40 in a town called Moriarty NewMexico. To the people who have been here before go try it now it's a better place now there are workers who care about thecustomers now. Read more
This is the filthiest Pilot I?ve ever been to. I?m not a great fan of Pilot because of their lack of cleanliness, but this Pilot... is thee grossest!! There were 4 staff members and not one was wiping down counters or cleaning up spills when they easily couldhave. I was the only one at the counter checking out and they stood there gabbing with each other. Unacceptable. I?m afraid togo into the restroom. I can only imagine. Definitely avoiding this Pilot. Hands down one of the worst flying J's I've been to in a while.... Bathrooms were trashed. Toilets were clogged. Showers were... not getting cleaned. Coffee bar was an absolute disaster. All in all just a disgusting store After 20 minutes of sittingwaiting for a pump I eventually left. Out of the 15 or so pumps they have nine of them are broken...
