I have to say the ice cream is great, but the customer service at the Marlboro Cold Stone is absolutely horrible. There is... always a line there and it moves so slow. They have the staff making cakes during the busiest times which makes it even morefrustrating to wait. Last night we were first in line, girls were talking and acted like we weren't even there, it took 5minutes to start our order. I almost walked out. This was a funny Coldstone experience. Firstly, the ice cream at Coldstone is always good. But with this location, I walk in to... what looks like one of the employees getting her legs rubbed by her visiting boyfriend right by the cash register. This had noeffect on the ice cream but I thought it was just unusual, yet funny since it was in clear sight once you walk in. Although Ithought it was comical, there are some customers that might file a complaint for "unsanitary practices." Who knows what peoplethink these days.
