We ordered a taco, a waffle, a side of potatoes and eggs after our coffee (which was good). It was $30 for small portions and... took 30 minutes for us to get it. The potatoes were inedible because of how much salt was on them. The taco was okay but wassmall. The waffle was dry, hard, and crunchy and the eggs were bland. The fruit that came with the waffle was the best part ofour meal. Terrible experience and wouldn't recommend to anyone except to get coffee. Read more
Absolutely awful expirence. The Coffee was good. Food was decent at best. The issue came when our bill came to 46.01. I handed... the girl 60.01 and she just closes the cash drawer. I asked for my change and the girl working the counter said I gave her45.01 which wasn't even enough to cover our bill. She does give me my $14 change. The manger then counts the drawer and say theyare short $16 and some odd cents (which still doesn't add up) and requested I pay it. It was the craziest restaurant experienceI've ever had. The "manager" and "Owner" were extremely rude. The manager dropped the F word in front of my 12 and 13 year oldkids... and the owner didn't seem to mind one bit. That let me know what type of people I was dealing with and I just walkedout. Never again. Highly recommend the Blue Moose cafe down the road. Read more
Coffee is excellent! Breakfast options are the best in the downtown area. I had breakfast tacos and my friend had the Belgian... waffle. Prices are reasonable and portions are reasonable and not huge. The flavors in the taco were yummy and they had seasonalfresh corn sprinkled on top. Read more
Don't come if you're in a rush. They were not that busy (no line) I got one to-go bagel sandwich which took 40 minutes to get.... Two groups of people in front of me left without the food that they ordered because it was taking so long. I worked in arestaurant before, 20 minutes to get your food is too long, let alone 40. Also worth noting, I've never actually felt itnecessary to write a review for anywhere before (too much work), but this was ridiculous and it's important that the people whorun this place understand that this is an area that needs some serious work.
