This location has been very hit or miss with their espresso, espresso machines, and customer service lately. I drink Starbucks... espresso almost daily and at this specific location it has been HORRIBLE! I'm talking like nauseating after the first sip! Mylast visit was over a week ago and I haven't been back since. I literally only drink iced blonde espresso so when the taste isoff I know instantly. Good Starbucks with helpful staff BUT the drive through is design very poorly and it congest's the narrow street the store is... located on during busy hours. People will literally block off the entire street for other drivers just to sit in line and getlate. Read more

It is usually quiet during the afternoon, so it is nice to sit in the lobby and enjoybyour drink. I only go to Sbux every once... in a blu moon now because of the skyrocketing prices ( hence the 3 star rating). Staff always nice. The only downside, but thisis common for every coffee shop, is that the on line orders need to be made also, so that gets in between the orders in storeand you find yourself waiting longer, edpecially in the morning rush hours. This is my usual Starbucks, but lately they have been out of many menu items. They never have certain iced shaken espressos, no... brown sugar oatmilk, no blonde espresso, and today they had no nitro cold brew. I get that there are supply shortages, but otherStarbucks seem to have these items? Went to the Donahue location to get the brown sugar oatmilk and it tasted terrible, so Lsfor Starbucks in that general vicinity. Had a wonderful experience at this location today. My first time coming to this Starbucks, stopped here to get some work done... while waiting out a torrential downpour outside. Was greeted by multiple staff as I walked in, the bathroom was my first stopand it was probably the cleanest one I have been in, and that says a lot because most Starbucks have pretty clean bathrooms. Thestore manager, Justin I believe was his name, was on his way out the door and I saw his employees give him well wishes as hedeparted into the storm outside. He even checked in on me and other customers that were seated to make sure we didn't needanything before he left. One of the better managed Starbucks that I have been to for sure.
