Today is the second time (and the last time for me) this has happened. Order a large rapid pick-up order for set time the day... before. Get email that order is ready to be picked up. Show up at selected time and told it will be 20+ more minutes for thingsto bake. Staff pushes a button to clear an order showing it is ?ready? when it is not. What is the good of picking a certaintime for pickup if it?s not even started at that time? Disappointing when you are ordering for a group and don?t have time towait. Read more
Panera continues to disappoint. I don?t know why I even bothered to come here. Staff was super rude at the order counter and... pick up area. $8 for basically 2 liquid cups of soup. No croutons, cheese, bread or anything on the side. I don?t understand whypeople like this place. Lackluster environment, canned soup, and the service is worse than a McDonalds. Read more
Me and my wife stopped here for lunch and was our first time trying it. We loved being able to use the kiosk to order our food... and not have to wait in line to order. Food was pretty good. We tried a couple flat bread pizzas and some half sandwiches. Onlybad thing was sandwiches were not very warm. Read more
Really good but really pricy. The way I would put it is: Panera Bread is the Starbucks of food. Would go again though?
