Do not get food from here it is not worth the trouble. I ordered a delivery, after waiting an hour I finally called the place to... see what was going on. I was told that the delivery driver left for the day and that I would have to pick it up. This wouldhave been fine if I was notified of this before waiting an hour for my food. I was refunded the delivery fee and tip. But uponpicking up the food there was an employee screaming at a customer to get out, this lasted 10 minutes. Finally when they gotaround to servicing me the other employee working there met me with hostility and plain rudeness. ( I have never left a negativereview for a place, usually it?s not worth the trouble. They must be used to just serving drunk people who don?t even know what they?re eating. Ordered two giant Lulus both with add... on hot peppers. Neither had hot peppers, both were made wrong. One was literally just turkey and lettuce. Neither cut inhalf. Not busy - we were the only people in there and no other sandwiches were being made. Something?iced tea maybe hadspilled all over the floor. A lake of liquid. No one mopped it up. They just put a wet floor sign up and left it. I usually have great service with delivery from this store however the past THREE times i?ve placed an order for deliver fromthe... JJ on Highstreet i?ve had to cancel. I?ve had to cancel because it took hours. I placed an order tonight at 8:40, I called anhour later to check on it and was told there was only one delivery driver which I completely understand because times are rough.After almost 2 hours, I call again and i?m told ?it was left at your door? when in fact it was not left at my door. Once again,I had to have my order cancelled and refunded. I notified corporate of the last two bad experiences and nothing was done. I nowknow to not place delivery orders ever. Read more
Food is good, but due to not having enough staff, deliveries often take forever or never come. Twice we ordered on the and after... waiting an hour, we called and they said they weren't making deliveries because they were short staffed. They didn't call totell us. Typically, if you go there, it's pretty fast and the food is good. Read more
Has gone downhill recently although order is always correct and on time delivery. We order up to 10 meals on line use to write... names on each sandwich and follow instructions "cut in half" include napkins now this doesn't happen it was quite helpful whento us the way it was do e. Read more
Tony and I had dinner from Jimmy John's on High Street in Morgantown. We went down to High Street to see the Cruise In Car Show... and they were gorgeous ???????? then we dashed into Gibbie's for a Cool off Cool Down drink and I told him to stay put while Irun into Jimmy John's. Of course I used my reward program for points....free Chips next order... yippee ???? I ordered a giantsize Italian for us to share...it was too big for us! My half I ended up only eating half of it....it was extremely good. Highlyrecommend and definitely will eat here again. Definitely use those points!!! Read more
Sub was soggy like it was made and let's sit before it was delivered. Took over an hour an a half to deliver. Food was not... prepared to order request. Very unprofessional an very displeased with Jimmy John's service. As far as customer satisfaction.Costumers complaints aren't being addressed an or taken care of or handled in a professional manner. In my opinion whoever isrunning the store needs some looking at. Also this isn't the first time this has happened. Read more
this was not an efficient resteraunt. "Freaky fast" turned freaky slow real quick when I went to pick up my mobile order and see... a woman on her phone. They didn't have my order ready when I arrived and still had to make it in front of me. employees do notshow care or effort in what they do and food didn't even make up for a horrible experience. pls go get yourself some subway.
