Ordered around 10:30. At 10:57 got a text saying our order was next. Then I never heard anything after that. Around 12, decided... to look outside and my cookies and milk were sitting there. Every time I order delivery, the driver texts and knocks. I didn?tget either of those. I brought my food and milk in and the milk wasn?t cold and the cookies weren?t hot. Waste of money. Read more
Ordered via DoorDash. Waited over an hour to get notified that the order was on its way. Shortly there after, I got notified the... order was delivered. Problem? It?s no where to be found. Tried calling the store, but there?s no way to actually speak tosomeone. Finally DoorDash was able to tell me that the order got delivered to another location and that the store is now closed,so I can?t reorder. It?s 8:30 pm on a Monday. Isn?t the name INSOMNIA cookies?? Ordered a dozen cookies from the Morgantown, wv store on the website to be delivered as a suprise to my niece's workplace. It... was my first time ordering from this company and was not aware of how to put down delivery instructions. After placing theorder, I called the store to ask if the delivery could be made to the reception desk as my neice would be with patients andunable to answer her phone. The lady who answered at the Morgantown location was rude and rather short with me and acted quiteput out that I didn't place the instructions properly on the web order. I tried to explain that this was my first time orderingfrom them. She cut me off and scolded me like I was a child and said next time do it correctly. I was floored!!!! I'm a 55 yrold intelligent woman and I pride myself in being somewhat tech savvy. My niece did receive her cookies past the delivery timeand said they were delicious. However, because of the attitude displayed by the employee at this location I would never orderfrom them again. Apparently I am not the only customer to have this experience with this location in Morgantown. The owner needsto take better care in the hiring and training process to assure excellent customer service. The cookies were the only reason Igave the 2 star review. Read more
Was very sad cause I've heard raving reviews about this company from others. So when I found out I had one 10 mins away from my... hotel I ordered some cookies. The service was great at the building however when I got home the cookies were hard and were notat all warm or soft. They tasted okay but were not the best. Read more
These people are the absolute worst. I can't count how many times it's been a hit or miss. Every time I order they expect to... recieve the greatest tip or they will mess up your order entirely. I know because there have been nights I'll give them a 20% ormore tip and get the best service but if I'm running low on money and try to give them at least something, I get the worstservice. On top of that, someone recently doesn't know how to bake cookies or are purposefully messing it up on my orders. Twicethis month I have ordered and both times I've gotten food poisoning. I called customer service before and did a whole run aroundwith trying to get this solved. All I got was 3 coupons that don't even work! It was awful customer service because I got on thephone with someone that was extremely rude. Basically I'm never ordering from this store again. I recommend others to just bakeyour own cookies or go somewhere else especially if you don't feel like tipping 20% or more cause just get ready for the nextday to be on the toilet for 24/7. Read more
This place is terrible. Takes them forever to deliver and they will not knock or ring the door bell. They just sit it outside.... When I found the order my ice cream was liquid and the order was on the ground outside. These cookies are NOT WORTH THE MONEY.Taste okay, but too expensive for the quality. From the other reviews it looks like this is a trend with their place. Do notrecommend. Read more
