Food is always fresh and employees are always nice but dang that store supervisor (older lady with brown hair and glasses) is... cold blooded to her employees. UTC Chick-fil-A has the drive thru down to a science. Quick and easy setup. Food is good and service is mostly friendly. My... only reason for giving 4/5 stars is that they are stingy with sauces and crackers. Even when requesting extra, they typicallydon't supply it. Check before you drive away. Read more
Wish I could give no stars I have Ben eating here since I moved down from ga .I have never had a bad experience but tonight was... the worst experience I have ever had with any Chick-fil-A in all 25 years of my life .first off they gave me old fries theywhere horrible had to get them replaced .Mac and cheese was cold yet they kept telling me it just came out oven .chickensandwich was pre-prep for closing time and also was old I understand completely that they where closing I got there at 9:25closing time was 10:00 only thing out of this meal I highly recommend and enjoyed would be the drink please fix this(expeditiously!!) A very unique location located at the top of a hill, it's easy to get to though and was a great place to stop while on a road... trip passing through town. The food was excellent as usual and the staff here are exceptionally friendly and caring, this madelunch even better and made this location one of my all time favorite Chick-fil-A restaurants to stop at, I will definitely stopby the next time I'm passing through.
