Always closes early, take forever to take your order in the drive thru and half the time something in the order is wrong.
Service was okay, when we pulled up to box where they take ur order the lady told us to take a moment to look at the menu n... would be right with us but there was only one other car in drive- thru n actually the only cars there which I thought was funny.The order before us must have been a difficult one lol.... once the lady took our order we were thru drive-thru quickly. Watch out for this car. Pulled into parking lot and this car was driving a little fast out of the store parking lot. I didn't... see her at first when I was trying to park. Even though it was not my fault I tried to tell her sorry a let her know to drivethe rest of the way out . She came back and parked behind me and would not let me leave. She started to take pictures of me andmy car ( not a problem). She would not let me leave until I got out and took a picture of her plate. Anytime I drive out ofstate I try to watch what is going on around me and watch my speed. Hopefully this girl don't run into someone that could hurther. Read more
I usually don't do many reviews surveys and things but I had such a great experience here. This restaurant was very clean, even... though they were extremely busy I received my food in a short amount of time; it was correct and very good. Please keep up thehard work and I'll be returning in the near future. Read more
It's too bad so many have had poor experiences at this Burger King. I guess we have been lucky. I enjoy the frame broiled... burgers. The employees are nice. Read more
My order is wrong literally every single time! Today I ordered a pick 2 for $6(whopper: only cheese and ketchup, and a 3 piece... crispy chicken tender with bbq dipping sauce) and a small onion ring with zesty sauce. It took then 14 minutes to process theorder and give me my food after an over 5 minute wait to even give the order because there was another customer waiting in frontof me. The longest cook time they had were my chicken tenders which take at most 6-8 minutes to cook if frozen and raw. Aftergetting my order, I pull away and peak in the bag to make sure I have all 3 things I ordered... and no sauces. Not a big deal soI pull around, park and go in to ask for sauce. I am then walked past twice before being greeted by the drive throughworker(didn't see anyone else in there). I asked her for the sauces that she forgot, and she gave them to me and turned aroundwith out a word. I thanked her and left. Drive home, open the bag ready to eat, and open up my food. The onion rings are coldand seem to be a couple hours old. Half soggy half hard as a rock. Disgusting. My whopper ordered with only cheese and ketchup.Easy enough right? I open the thing up, take a few bites and realize they put bbq on my burger?! Under the cheese.Wth?! Horrible location!!!! No way of giving a 0 star or I would. Get your act together! Won't be back. The staff was friendly. Food was hot and tasty and came quickly.
