I wasn't super thrilled with my parmesan garlic boneless wings... I expected it to be a sauce, but apparently Wingstop takes a... much more literal approach to "parmesan garlic" than Buffalo Wild Wings. Even besides that, though, the wings were dripping ingrease. It was worth giving Wingstop a try, but I don't think I'll be back. Read more

The most uneven fries slices I have even seen in my life?. you can just tell the person who works there is either extremely lazy... or do not care at all. Read more

The chicken is always on point. Super delicious. The fries however, you either get super delicious crunchy fries or absolute... soggy mess of fries. After two visits to this location both times were missing napkins. For a place that sells fnger foods, napkins are a must. One last criticism, the to-go system is archaic. You all have us have email and phone information but itsnot utilized in the final step and have to wait on the workers to remember you. Read more

I don't know what's going with this location but the wings are really small. On top of that the prices have gone up drastically... which is understandable but at least keep the wings the same size as they used to be or what the standard has always been. Otherlocations are standard so I don't know why this location has small wings (bone in). Read more

I will preface this review with stating that I enjoy Wingstop. I will also say that the review below reflects not 1, 2, 3, but 4... separate occasions of where I've ordered from them, using both Doordash and their own website. The Order: 4 out of 4 times,I've received an incorrect order. Whether that be wrong sides were given, incorrect count of boneless wings, or even half myorder missing. On the last time I ordered, half my order was missing. I noticed by the time I got home, and had to drive backto let them know that half my order was missing and I had received no sauces. After about 20mins of add'l wait time, got myorder complete (I should also mention that there were only 2 people at the store). The staff: I can't say I've worked at arestaurant, but I have worked in retail when I was much younger (back in high school), and all I can say I never ever on the jobcarried myself in an unprofessional manner (whether cursing out loud, flipping people off, disrespecting co-workers), but what Iexperienced there was the straw that broke the camels back. Food: Like I said, I enjoy Wingstop, but I also tend to order thedry rubs and not the "saucy" ;) flavors. I've read other reviews, and I think I've dodged a bullet there. I will say that myfiancé did get sick during on of the occasions where we ordered, so 75%. Take that as you will. Verdict: In a nutshell, no Iwill not return to this Wingstop, no matter how close it is. I will gladly jump on the 101 during rush hour traffic and drivedown to Gilroy or San Jose, to place an order, than ordering from this place, until they can make genuine change. Whetherthat's hiring someone to do actual QA on ready orders, or hiring a whole set of staff to be more professional, I don't know. Ijust don't think it should be difficult to find people who can be a bit more professional. Read more

What really puts this place over the top is management. The wings are the same as all others but both Jose and Julian are... incredibly considerate of their clients. When the wings are a little small they give you a little more to make up for it. That'swhy I keep coming over and over. The staff I work with also come over because of their honesty and excellent customerservice! Thanks!!! Read more
