The store was dirty. Tables had not been cleaned up or wiped down. The floors looked disgusting. The back area looked unkept. My... passionate fruit lemonade had to be remade because they didn?t sweeten it and the second time it still was not sweet and justtasted like a lightly flavored water. Being a partner from other states I can sometimes have a hard time knowing the nuances of the Starbucks life in other areas, and... when my mom and I popped in for breakfast we were greeted with a wonderful vibe, excellent customer service and an excellentrecommendation from Bridgett who was working the front. The place is clean and nicely decorated. There is enough space inside and they also have a drive through. However the service... here really have a room for improvement. First of all they gave me wrong size of coffee even after they asked multiple times.They also heated up a chocolate chip cookie which I told specifically not to. I waited for 10-15 minutes for a croissant andapparently it was waiting for me, they just didn't call me to pick it up. Read more
Bathrooms aren't a priority at this Starbucks, it was messy and stained. Overall it's a cookie cutter Starbucks. You're... loitering, exotic coffee blends and bathrooms that are unfettered. Read more
