Great candy for gifts or just to have for yourself. Closing time at 5pm is a bit ridiculous, especially for a Sunday so close... to Christmas. I saw at least 6 people turned away right a 5pm...how much money might the store have made if they allowed thosefolks to make a last minute purchase?? Expand hours during the holidays and go back to limited hours after Christmas. Read more

I stopped here to buy a gift and the sign on the door said only 8 people in the store. As I opened the door a man was leaving so... I thought I could go in. Then the only worker up front hollered at me saying, "You cant come in, only 8 people allowed, fourworkers and four guests. Besides her at the counter there four people in line. If a man was leaving why couldn't I come in. Ihave never seen four people working there ever. I just dont think she liked the way I looked. I felt demeaned by her manner andwont be going back again. My husband has a mask exemption. He was literally chased out of this store by two cashiers and two customers yelling at him when... he tried to shop here without a mask. The Santa Clara County health orders state stores must allow customers with maskexemptions to shop in the store. Apparently, See's thinks they are above this. They apparently have a service where you canorder and pick up but he was not even offered this. He was screamed at, threatened and chased out. This has ruined any happychildhood memories I have of See's. Read more

Sign said 4 people in store at a time. Great. We appreciate the covid protocols. What it didnt say was including staff so as... the 3 of us went into the "empty" store 2 employees yelled at us that only 2 could enter. It was rather embarrassing. Read more

I don?t recommend their shipping option unless you order 2 months in advance. My packages got lost in transit and when I called... their customer service line, they told me to follow up with the carrier. After telling them that was their job, they transferredme to a store in Southern California who had nothing to do with shipping goods. The store was very apologetic but nothing theycould do. My last resort was to message their FB page. Eventually my order was shipped again but I hadn?t received anynotifications when that was done. They just turned up on my doorstep. I ordered 5 weeks before Christmas and the second packagefinally arrived the day before Christmas. I won?t be ordering online with this company ever again and have told my family andfriends not to do it either. Read more

Extremely nice sales associate. Made everyone feel safe and welcome and comfortable with the social distancing guidelines. It is... such a small shop so only 1 or 2 people allowed in at a time, but she didn't make us feel pressured to hurry or leave.And...delicious as always ???? Read more
