Reviews for Rosy's At The Beach in Morgan Hill, CA
Disappointed tonight. The salmon taco's were good. The french fries have really gone down hill from what they used to be. Soggy,... cold and lacking flavor. The service was poor and they ran out of the beer one person in our party was drinking. Don't know whathas happened but Rosy's used to be really good. Read more
I have been here a couple of times with my family. First 2 times were great but this last time, the service was HORRIBLE.... Ordered an appetizer to share, Calamari. It was alright. Then some of the dinner items just appeared and half of our tablehadn't been able to order an entrée yet. The waitress said she was coming back to take the rest of our orders. We waited andwaited until finally she reappeared. All in all very unorganized service, food was okay. The biggest thing for me and myboyfriend was not being checked on by our server. That sends a bad message. We won't be back for awhile. Read more
I have been coming here for many years very good place! I have had some not so great experiences here but for the most part it's... still worth trying out. So if you're in the area give this place a chance. Read more
How does this place even have 4.3 stars total?!? This place is terrible!!! First, our appetizers arrive even before our drinks... make it to the table. Whotf does that?!? Then, our food arrives all AT ONCE. All our food is GUMMY and our waiter does not evencheck on us. We are not going to finish this food, we will NOT take to-go boxes either. My chicken is gummy chewy, my kidsgrilled cheese is gummy chewy, my other kids chicken strip are super crispy. Do I recommend this place?!? NO!!! Eat elsewhere. Our waiter does not even check on us. Trust me, we are great tippers, but this waiter does not even try to make our dinner worthit. Read more
My wife and I came in for lunch and were not disappointed. We started off with the poke before sharing a seafood paella. The... poke tasted very fresh, and was complimented well by the avocado, seaweed, and sauces drizzled around the plate. I only wish itcame with twice as many deep fried wonton chips; four was far too few. The paella was well worth the price. My wife and I splitit, yet still, each of us was only able to finish half our bowl. Order this and you'll have lunch for a couple of days. Thepaella was packed with seafood; I didn't feel skimped out in the slightest. Our server did a good job. I can't say I'm a hugefan of the decor (feels a bit tacky), but maybe that's just part of the charm. From what I can tell from this visit, therestaurant seems to attract quite a few regulars who enjoy talking rather loudly with each other, so if you're looking for aquiet night out, you might look elsewhere. Ultimately, these are minor drawbacks on an exceedingly positive experience. Read more
For a Saturday lunch, place had a good clientele while not being over crowded. The wonton appetizer had a nice taste and we’ll... balance ingredient. The chicken and shrimp risotto was slightly on the sweet side from the sweet corn that’s added into thedish but the shrimps were fresh and tasty. Good service and pet friendly. Read more
