Great little place the food is very good every time and it is a lot of food but it always tastes great
I've ordered delivery from this place twice and sadly I cannot recommend them. I say sadly because the food is actually very... good and I love that you can build your own poke bowl. But the service is dismal, and we will never order from here again. Thefirst time I ordered delivery was about a month or two months ago. It was Saturday night and the food arrived nearly two hoursafter the estimated arrival time I was given when I placed the order. Additionally, the driver never knocked or rang thedoorbell, so we didn't actually know when he arrived. We had the porch light on and were in the living room watching TV, so wedefinitely didn't give the impression that no one was home. The second time I ordered delivery was this past Monday. My husbandand I traveled to Willows, which is a 3 hour drive for us, for a track day with our motorcycles at Thunder Hill Racepark.Because check in for these events is at 7am, we had to leave at 3:45am. We also didn't get home until 9pm. Needless to say, itwas a long day of driving, hard physical work riding the bikes in 90+ degree heat, and driving home, all with about 5 hours ofsleep. Needless to say, the last thing we wanted to do was worry about cooking something for dinner. So, we decided to try Poken' Squeeze again. When ordered, I set the delivery time for 8:45pm, around the time we expected to be home, so we could unloadthe bikes and have dinner. 9:45pm rolls around, we've been home for 45 minutes, showered, still no food. Then I get a messagefrom Yelp/Grub Hub saying they cancelled our order and refunded us. By that time, it was of course too late to order take outfrom anywhere else, and I was so tired I wanted to just go to bed without eating. Why the restaurant never contacted us isbeyond me, and that is poor customer service. Friendly but inexperienced staff; she had to constantly look back at the menu board to figure out what ingredients needed to be... in the bowl. If you like overly saucy and non-authentic poke flavors, this is your restaurant. Ok attempt but flavor profilesare a little off. Read more
