I had an incredibly last-minute request for a wedding cake, and Natalie at Lawson's Bakery was so helpful in accommodating.... After emailing to get the details of flavors, number of slices, and pricing, I paid over the phone and set a pick-up time. Mymom picked up the cake and delivered it to our venue, where the cakes (we picked Strawberry + Cream, subbing buttercream for thewhipped cream and German Chocolate as our options) were a major hit! We were lucky enough to take some home and get to enjoy itthe week after our wedding as well. This bakery is amazing! I ordered 7 Breakfast burritos for my friends and I, they run out of sour cream and they kindly gave us... some cookies as a courtesy. My friends and I have become regulars since then, not for the cookies but for their customer serviceand of course the best breakfast burritos. Read more
NOT FOR FOODIES ? This 4.7-rated bakery had been on my radar for a long time. It's actually below average! If I'd closed my eyes... I MIGHT have realized I was eating a lemon bar. Hardly any filling, almost zero flavor. The blueberry scone was a sad littlething with odd texture and also zero flavor. Husband ate his blueberry muffin with a fork and toward the end he kept bringing upforkfuls of dusty powder. The Illy "cappuccino" was huge, full of milk, and weaker than a latte. It was all just SO BAD. Such aletdown after high expectations. If you?re hoping for great baked goods and coffee, ignore the 4.7 stars and save your money. Read more
Excellent. Absolutely beautiful bakes, and top quality options for coffee and teas. Clean and tidy venue and some outdoor... seating. Burnt almond cake gets highest marks. Cookies, sandwiches, and delicious scones. Only disappointment is no Veganoptions and few gluten-free is my experience. What an amazing referral! We were buying little treats from Rocca's and we were hooked, and then the owner asked if we had been... to their bakery..we had not. Today we took the recommendation (given yesterday, lol) and we were absolutely pleased!! Veryclean, super friendly staff all around, lovely variety, and quality ingredients! Took a drive to Morgan Hill after searching for a place to eat at for about an hour on yelp. This place has 4 star overall... review?s ?in my opinion my fellow yelper?s missed the mark again!, well at least the ones that gave them less than 5 starsC;? Purchased the burnt almond for my friend?s birthday. It was a hit. Everyone loved it. The staff is super friendly.
