all the girls are extremely rude, don?t have manners, and on top of that their drinks don?t even come out good
Every time I call to order they never pick up. So last time I went there cause they wouldn?t pick up I stood outside calling... watching them look at the phone and roll there eyes and not pick up till the fourth time I called them I confronted the worker.It?s sad. I absolutely love this place, I adore this place I would give it more stars, Unfortunately the honour keeps taking food items... out of the place peanut butter banana toast. Constantly disappointed with staff and customer service at this location. I work in the complex so I often try to support the... businesses in my area while at work but it?s hard to continue to be a repeat customer when the atmosphere is not there. They areconstantly talking to one another. Never interact with customers. Never sound excited. And seem like it?s a chore to do theirjob. Today I got an Açaí bowl that was fresh out of the freezer. Nothing was blended... The bananas were definitelyquestionable . Something wasn?t tasting right. Hope I don?t get sick. Super disappointed. Everytime I go to this location everyone is always rude. I also work in customer service in grocery and know how nice it is to... have a customer that says please and thank you. I guess being nice doesn't apply to this store. I had ordered my drink and itwas made wrong I didn't make a fuss but I said it wasnt right and one of the lady's rolled her eyes at me and grabbed the drinkand threw it in the trash. Another time was it didn't look like my drink and they remade it and asked me if it was to mystandard of their drink. I'm not one to complain but it's happened every time I go here sad because they make BlueGummyBear thebest. Read more
Jamba juice is not as sweet as used to be. Personally I think this is the most refreshing summer drink. this store also have... very quick service. Read more
