I just discovered this gem last week and returned this week because it was so good. At a time when prices are high and quality... is low, I appreciate this place so much. Fair prices for GOOD food and friendly service. I can't tell you how many disappointingspring rolls I've had from other restaurants. All rice noodle and no herbs and skimpy on the meat. Not at Pho Morgan Hill! Theirspring rolls had the perfect ratio of fillings and they were delicious. Their pho broth is wonderful and so are their riceplates. This place is great! We tried some of everything including two very different drinks. Everything on the menu is very good.... Prices are quite fair. Their pho is excellent but really you cannot go wrong here. Try the green milk tea or Smoothies, they areboth excellent. Our waiter, a congenial young man was a pleasure to deal with as well. Not meant for vegetarian (no egg, no meat) people. We have had veggie pho & veggie Vietnamese food at many many restaurants... across states. Sorry to say this stands at the last place. Quality and taste lacked everything, very oily!! Zero veggies :(:(:Additionally, It is a pretty pricey - so be aware with what you expect. Portion is less. This place has been a traditional stop while working in Gilroy at the garlic festival for our crew. Since the shooting happened... I drive up and visit the park on the anniversary. Well, this year I decided to continue the tradition and I stopped and got asandwich to take to the park with me. Let me just say I live in Sacramento. So unbeknownst to me (until I got home at 9:30pm) Ilost $200 cash. I knew that the last time I had it was here at this restaurant. I called them at 10:00am and they had mymoney. So I drove back and ordered 2 more sandwiches and drove back home. I'm SO THANKFUL for their honesty! Oh and thesandwiches are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! ????? July 28th 2022.. Same routine. However when I got to the park and opened my sandwichI was disappointed. The bread was not fresh, it was over sauced, the cucumbers were in chunks, the daikon looked like chowmein noodles, and there was lettuce on it. I did call them and let them know. This place is a Morgan Hill institution. Great service and even better food. I never had a bad dish here but my go-to is the... pork bahn mi and the steak and tendon pho. It's a ton of food for not too much money, so you're likely to have lunch for thenext day. Read more
Honestly so good! I loved their teas, handmade! I saw them chopping everything up, amazing!!! The pho was so delicious, swear!... Will be going again! Our waiter was so friendly! Gave me the extra lemons I asked for! Unlike other places only give you like 3thin slices.. lol I loved this place! Read more
