This place is filthy. The floor had layers of dirt, the ceiling was leaking all over the floor with pools of cloudy water, the... counters and every table were sticky, behind the cashier the cabinets were caked with black grime, so gross. The worker cameoutside with the food prep gloves on to throw something in the garbage then straight back in to food prep. The soup seemedsuspect and ended up throwing away the food after seeing the state the place was in. Yuck. Read more

I don?t care if you?re a customer, delivery person or employee, there is one employee there who talks to people like they are... nothing but dirt! Seriously, management needs to get on this quick or they?re going to lose more and more business!! Read more

Love the sandwiches, but I feel like a business needs to made aware when they have an employee who is ruining customer... experience. EVERY single time I?ve come to this location the woman who seems to be a shift supervisor is embarrassingly rude toboth customers and employees. Clearly other people who have left reviews have experienced the same thing, and we all knowexactly who it is. It?s not that hard to be kind! Read more

The sandwich was good. I believe I had the natural high. The place was filthy. There wasn't a single table that was clean. You... could see everyone's dirty handprints where they sat. The floors had trash all over it- I almost walked out. I was embarrassedfor the owners. Read more

Why go to Togo's or Subway when you can get something of much higher quality and much healthier for you, and is actually... relatively cheap compared to other sandwich shops? Erik pioneered putting clover sprouts on his sandwiches for the added healthbenefits when he first started out decades ago, and was a bit bit of a pioneer in general. This commitment is seen and tasted inall of the ingredients they use to this day. The staff at this location can be kind of hit or miss when it comes to customerservice, but Erik's has always been one of my staple go-to's in the bay area for sandwiches. My go-to's are the PilgrimsProgress (Turkey and Avocado on soft 9 Grain Wheat) or the Natural High (a soft pita pocket loaded with multiple melted cheesesand stuffed with their standard veggies plus: avocado, sunflower seeds, mushrooms). They are also one of the few places thatcarries Ms. Vickies chips, my favorite brand, and especially the Jalapeño flavor. Their side dishes and soups are alsodelicious, but the value proposition is not as strong there as it is with the sandwiches. Read more

Good sandwiches. Don?t know if it?s a $9 sandwich, but it was very good. At least throw in some chips for that price. Ordered... the farmers market and it was very good. Read more

It wasn't awful but it was way to expensive for how much meat and stuff was on the sandwich. I have had subway sandwiches with... more meat in it then this. It tasted good but for the price I was expecting a much fuller and nicer sandwich. The Dutch crunchbread also was just a plain white bread roll which was disappointing. Read more
