Upon entering the first impression of the atmosphere was very vacant, the accommodations were not very inviting but were... inclined with eating in a garage, as the theme of this restaurant. The greeting though was warm and friendly, the customerservice was excellent, the food was good, and the price was fair. Nice ambiance. Unfortunately the place smelled like rotten eggs near the kitchen and the bathrooms. Probably need to clean your... grease traps throughly. It also smelled like burnt crust. Should?ve taken that as a warning. Girl at the register didn?t seem toknow what to do. Poured me 2 tastings that were all foam. Hard to taste the beer when it?s all foam, went with bottled beer.Wings were delicious! The only good thing about our visit. Unfortunately they burned our pizza. They were apologetic and gave usfree fries that were very, very good. Except no ketchup. Weird if you serve fries to not have ketchup. The pizza was all beyondcrispy. The edges were blackened and it tasted burnt. ???? Good crispy pizza should just be a little toasty at the edges. Eitherturn your ovens down or pull the pies sooner. The lady asking for her Uber eats order also said it smelled burnt. The food wasvery expensive for what it was. Staff seems green and disorganized. We asked multiple times about our pizza and every time itwas ?oh your pizza is going in right now.? ???? The smell was horrendous and the pizza we got was awful. I really wanted draftof beer but not if it?s all foam. Maybe adjust the taps or learn how to pour a beer correctly? Pizza took so long we requested arefund and left. The food itself really isn't too bad. However, they don't have any taps despite tap room being in the name. The have a small... cooler with a few canned beers (that's locked and you have to have someone come unlock to get a beer). I ordered a Meat LoversCalzone and they didn't have the sausage or chicken, just the pepperoni. No napkins stocked anywhere in the dining area. Great flavor on the pizza the crust is very good no flop on the pizza thin style with a real good crust underneath not under... cooked or over done we have been here going on three times already have yet to be disappointed. If you like a little spice Irecommend the hot honey pepperoni pizza enjoyed it very much. Read more
Update Monday- they phoned me and apologized offering me a remake. I will try this pizza again with the recommendation the... owner suggested. However, it is only fair for me to buy and I thank them for the offer. Saturday- We didn?t expect the sauceto have heat. No flavor other than heat. After previously placing my order online, there was a misunderstanding about what was ordered and what I actually received. ... However, today I spoke with the Regional Manager, Tim, who was very apologetic and very helpful with rectifying this situation. Tim offered me a refund due to the situation with their system, and agreed to remake my entire order on the house. Tim wasvery pleasant and not only cares Z Pizza, but more importantly about the happiness of his customers. My food was perfectly made10/10, and everyone at my house was fighting over the last piece.
