Cashier lady and about 4 other employers were in the back just talking while my family and I were waiting to checkout for a few... mins and she was very rude cuz we had to say excuse me a few times to get her attention so we could check out. Please avoid this place today the Manager, yes the Manager took it upon her self to tell my autistic 2 year old daughter to be... quite even after I told her she has autism, she still kept explaining she had to be quite and maybe she was scared????? Shetired giving my daughter a sticker so she could be quite and kept explaining it was the machines because other children areafraid of them. It was very embarrassing and dehumanizing that I can't take my child without her being told to be quite whenshe was enjoying her afternoon and was excited to get her froyo. I would like to better understand how a grown women wasn't ableto hold her tongue infront of other customers, including a young lady who is expecting a baby, her worker provided bettercustomer service than her...she ruined our entire afternoon and left us distraught with this whole situation we where going infor simple yogurt and would be out very soon... Tried their guava yogurt with some cheesecake bites and strawberries. It was okay, nothing great. Service was very blah too,... could use someone with better customer service. Also, i few of the flavors were out of order so that didn't help. Read more
Fresh ingredients, clean place, and friendly service, this is definitely a good spot to hit up for a refreshing frozen yogurt.... The only reason I couldn't give it that fifth star is simply because it is a little pricey. Definitely worth it if for thatoccasional self-indulgence. Read more
After a long week with so much stressful work, I decided to stop by and give this place a try and the two young ladies who work... there were incredibly nice and helpful on what is a good choice and how to serve myself. Thanks Aubrie and Alexis for such anamazing and great experience at this establishment off Fredrick in Moreno Valley, California.
