Slow service. Order my food at 8:40 and it?s 9:50 now. I was give a 35 to around 45 mins wait time. The workers here seem like... they don?t want to be here. I live in Riverside the inland empire area and I have been to multiple wing stop and I am notanywhere satisfied with wingstops customer service. It?s bad enough the prices have gone up so ridiculously but why are the fries ALWAYS cold? Do you have to specifically request... ?FRESH OUT THE GREASE??! I shouldn?t have to air fry my fries every time. Update: They seem to have gotten better with foodquality. It was ridiculous months ago but it has improved the last couple of re-tries. Order delivery to my work for my 30 mins lunch. Received the WRONG order So called them to let them know and they did nothing.... They told me to go back to the store after work to receive my refund and/or food. Completely ridiculous. Very upset. I came last night to order wings and fries I love wings so I decided to come to this wingstop since it was the closes to my... home. I walked in everyone greeted me The young man Juan helped me out placing my order he was SUPER POLITE and FRIENDLYYYY. Iordered spicy Korean wings and original hot wings they were well done sause and extra wet?.. My wings came out on time and foodwas delicious. As a dependable patron of this establishment, it disheartens me to leave such a review? Today I placed an order for 10pc all... flats well done. Cashier let me know it may take up to 30 mins for the order. (No problem) After taking care of a few things Imake it to Wingstop, where the shift lead greeted me with an attitude after I asked for a ranch to go with my order. This tookplace After she failed to check my order in-front of me to make sure it was the correct order. (Considering it was a specialtyorder - all flats well done) I asked if there was a survey or something I can fill-out to possibly compensate for the ($1.50)ranch. She oppressively said no, then hands me my receipt. I took my order home to discover that it was WRONG!!! I DID NOTreceive all flats (which I paid extra for). I?m not sure which part of my order or the receipt says PLEASE BURN MY WING!!???Cause they ACTUALLY BURNT MY WINGS!!! This is absolutely absurd!!! The incident occurred on 10.18.22 at or around 7:30pm. The woman cashier was abrasive, impolite and unprofessional. My encounter... came to an halt after the employee used profanity and threatened me in front of my toddler children. The employee had no regardto her position, the customer or adolescents within the lobby. The additional 3 staff in the facility including a Christina whowas introduced to me as a manager did nothing to calm the encounter between the employee and I. During my conversation withChristina the employee continued to attempt to engage with me by antagonizing me. Christina said nothing. I then decided itwould be best for me to leave the establishment. I left without any food and the employee continued to state unprofessionalthings towards myself and my children. I was not able to retrieve the employees name as she was not wearing a name tag, howevershe was a woman on the register during this time. I spoke to Hailey after the fact who stated she was a manager, she alsoprovided me with the name of Ty as a manager. I received no follow up call as I waited 24 hours or solution to to my poorencounter and experience at this establishment. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate detailing my experience.
