(Photo is from another person's review is the Same man i hope it's ok that I used it) Food was good and all the staff were... super polite and professional only 2 other people dining in as well......HOWEVER the manager Sam or Sammie was so extremely rudetowards my husband and son whom went inside ahead of me. They ordered and then sat at a table but the sun was directly beamingin their eyes on every table window so my husband attempted to put the window shade down very gently thats when Sammie camerushing out of the kitchen door with a raised voice and aggressive tone telling him ," NO NO NO DO NOT TOUCH THAT!" my husbandstopped and moved out of the way . No big deal he just thought ok, he must NOT want customers touching the shade he apologizedand then the manager gets in his face and practically yelled at my husband "SIR YOUR WATERS ARE READY THE CASHIER HAS SAID ITTWICE NOW!" (he did not hear the cashier on a count of the managers raised voice) My husband not wanting to cause a bigger seenespecially in front of our son he bit his tongue and walked away. BUT When I came inside I very calmly in a low voice let himhave know what's up and how he shouldn't disrespect his customers . He of course played dumb . Drive-thru only Is highlyrecommended. The food was good, but what sucked is my sister and I were on our way back from Fallbrook and on arrival we needed to use the... restroom when we got there. Well I was happy to see 2 bathrooms right outside near the handicap parking spot I pulled into. (YesI'm handicap) Now , we were hungry , and obviously ordering food when I asked to use the restroom, both were locked and Iunderstand that , but when I asked for a key She replied "No, they are broken, plumbing issues" I NEEDED to pee after such along ride from FALLBROOK @ around 6:00 pm Wednesday evening the 5th of October AND I REALLY WANTED TO WASH MY HANDS especiallybefore I ate. Like I said before the food was great , fries were hot , food was quick. Food was great (wienerschnitzel's standards) but I have say there's a man in the front checkout with terrible customer service,... he seemed annoyed when taking my order and when I asked him for condiments. It seemed like he didn't want to be there or he wasoverwhelmed by having to work with the headset and be at the front at the same time. I bought a all-beef kraut dog combo with extra mustard, onions & a lemonade. I enjoyed my meal & the friendly cashier.
Chili cheese dogs always great. Love the new lemonade. Getting a little bit more expensive but so is everything else. Besides... there is no other place that serves hot dogs so I am happy that they are able to maintain their quality. Read more

My Fellow Mo-Vallians. Please Do Not Eat Here Ever Again. I went through Drive-thru and order the 5 corn dog special. I got to... the window and before I paid the food was ready. That's never a good thing. I always check the food and found 2 of the 5 corndogs were burnt. I handed the bag back and requested they cook them fresh. They parked me, which is understandable. As I ampulling away I see the manager take the corn dogs out of the bag and put them back under the heat lamp. Oh Heck No! I parked andwent inside. I am just standing there looking to see where those corn dogs going. And yup they passed them out to the next carat the window. So I stepped up and asked the manager why did he do that? He got upset and defensive and try to tell me to leave.I said not without my fresh corn dogs. I ain't gonna lie a fresh wienerschnitzel corn dog is ????. He continued to give meattitude. All because he got busted doing something wrong. So if you have a craving for wienerschnitzel I recommend you head tothe one on Day street ?????. Read more
