While visiting Subway, after ordering a Meatball footlong. After she heatied our bread.. We were told there was only 1 meatball... left..would you like to wait?..we said How long? 10 min..we waited 25 minutes..we then. asked to be compensated, with an extrameatball? We were told "We DONT DO THAT". Online order was not started until after I arrived at the location for pick up (25 mins later). On top of that, the guy who... prepared the sandwiches forgot to put the meat on both sandwiches. You can't trust that the workers will read online orderscorrectly, nor that they'll read it all before your arrival. Came here and they gave me only half a scoop of meat on my 6inch sandwich and barely any meat on a kids meal. I?ve been to... others before and never had that problem. When I asked the lady about the meat she said it?s extra and that she put a scoop whenshe didn?t smh. Disappointed Read more
