I ordered a toasted white HOT CHOCOLATE through mobile order 3 times.. all 3 times were DISGUSTING and had coffee in them, 1st... one was straight up coffee, I had to look at the cup to make sure it was mine.. it was, 2nd time coffee again but with some kindof mint flavor in it, 3rd time was basically a chestnut praline latte which wasn?t bad but not what I wanted, I didn?t have thisproblem last year with them, Im going to guess this store now gets all the ones in training Read more
Why is this the only location that the person giving you your stuff at the window is the same person taking drive thru orders.... It's rude. It's always the same person so idk if she is supposed to be doing it or not but has really turned me off from goingto this location. When she scanned my app I (while taking an order btw) I asked her to use my rewards then she proceeds to scan my app finish taking someone else's order then ask me what I said, too late now lady! POWER TO THE PEOPLE? Some Starbucks are now covering up power outlets to dissuade loitering, while most others are fine with you... plugging in. But this store is a head-scratcher. All the outlets are located about 8-feet overhead on the walls. Lots of them,but they?re all out of reach (unless you are so motivated to stand on a chair). Talk about mixed messaging. Read more

Ordered ahead through app, went in to use the restroom and asked the barista behind the counter for the restroom code, I had... difficulty understanding her and apologized. She got frustrated and raised her voice while rolling her eyes said 2580#. Ijust used the restroom and left. The plus was the young lady who prepared my drink, she was polite and nice. Only 3 people working their tails off. Still got my drink out in a reasonable amount of time. The employees were friendly even... though they had probably 10 cars in the drive thru and a line of cups waiting to fill mobile orders. Busy busy! My drink wasmade perfectly and the employees were moving at light speed. Read more
