Best pretzels compared to Aunties pretzels and other pretzel chains you usually see in malls. You can actually see them cook... their pretzels fresh in the oven while other pretzel chains have no oven. Proves their quality and freshness. I'm ashamed to say I cannot stop eating these pretzels. I have to have one at least once a week. Pretzels from Wetzels or Auntie... Anne's simply do not compare anymore, they taste like cardboard in comparison. Don't even get me started on the cheeses. I use to come here all the time when I worked in the mall and every so often I crave a pizza pretzel. Wanted to get one today on... my lunch break. Tried calling for several minutes to place my order over the phone, so it would be ready when I got there. Theydon't pick up the phone and when I got there, there was only 1 person in line paying for their food and 3 associates. Took solong to get my pizza pretzel. When I got back to my work I was so disappointed. Looks like they just threw it together. Cheesewas falling off, it wasn't even cooked all the way. There was dough that wasn't cooked and all the cheese tasted goey and nasty.The regular cheese sauce (what I always get) is disgusting. Don't know what happened but after today I don't think I'll ever beback after soooooooo many years. Read more
