This place had the most tasty seasoned fries, my daughter and I love this place and have been coming since they open. However... this is the SECOND TIME the fries are not seasoned as before. I did let cashier know about my last unseasoned fries and theseStill came lightly seasoned. Sadly they don?t allow ?extra seasoning? for purchase. Been beating about this with my wife for 2 weeks now and now I have to come home with a bad one. First time here and not good... impression. For the one that made it and one that's teaching her how to do it, I know you guys can do better. Don't be tooshy with flavor and shake it a little better next time. We'll try it again next time. The customer service was awful...John Del Rosari and I clearly had miscommunication with the very simple order. I wanted... flavored fries and he rang up flavored tater tots. When I stated the order was incorrect, he claimed it wasn?t. The manager?Connie? claimed that because they were already made she was unable to replace or refund my order. This is unacceptable andfortunately I kept my composure. These could easily be used as a fresh sample considering I hadn?t even touched the container. Iknow that this kid thought i was in love with the sample and assumed that?s what I wanted, but I don?t eat tater tots andneither does my son, whom we came for in the first place. Read more
If you feel like eating something salty and greasy, this is the place to go when you are at the mall. Realistically though,... they are over priced fries that are simply sprinkled with other flavors.
