I ordered curbside pickup. My vanilla latte had no vanilla. And when the lady came to bring my order she basically thru me my... bags because she was taking a drive thru order. Absolutely worst service and food. I have went twice recently craving filet o fish. Took 5 min before someone came to the... microphone to take my order after waiting 10 min for the 2 cars in front of me which means i was trapped and couldnt leave thelike, especially with 9 cara behind me. The fries both time hard as rocks the bread taste like it have plaster mixed in thebatter always a 30 min line they asked be twice what I ordered I had to ask for my bag receipt and drink they were confused if Iordered with ebt which I did not (why would it matter) they all seem like that too a smoke break and smoked some devils lettucebefore the shift because they were lost. I would definitely give this place a 0. You guys really need help in this place. Waiting in that horrible long line just to hear... you don?t have This or that or aren?t accept this!!! Horrible place I have ever been too. Very disrespectful. Wasted my time inthere line. They don?t warn you about cash until you just wasted your time in line. I recommend you NOT to come here. This location has definitely turned itself around for the better. What went from 30+ minutes in drive through has now become on... average 15 minutes or less. My only complaint is that sometimes the food isn't that fresh despite it being a rush (so I'd assumefood should be coming out fresh repeatedly considering I worked for McDonald's about 10 years ago). Placing mobile orders is abit of a pain too, as I would think it would be faster than alternate methods of getting food but sometimes it takes evenlonger. Overall, the staff is very friendly and professional, which is greatly appreciated. Please keep that up. Read more
If i could give it 0 stars ..i would. after a long day i just wanted some delicious mcdonald?s fries and sprite that hit just... right. but no. i got fries no sorry pieces of wood that were hollow and would crunch everytime i took a bite. and a sprite thattasted like water with salt and not even full. you?ve betrayed me ronald mcdonald, now the clown is me for thinking i would geta delicious meal. This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, consistently the worst. I absolutely hate that it's near my house.... Among about 10 other things that were problematic with this visit, I asked for extra pickles on my burger. And I got extrapickles I got 16 pickles - kinda a d*** move if you ask me. Oh and just in case anybody needs to know, their mobile order pickup ends at 8:00 p.m. and you have to go through the drive-thru regardless. Read more
10 minutes before lunch and had to wait until breakfast was served... Fine... Ordered a frappe while in the drive thru and went... to the parking lot to wait... 15 min after breakfast ends I get to the window and order 2 chicken nuggets happy meals and adouble quarter pounder with cheese. When I got to the next window to pick up the food and I got the 2 happy meals but had towait for the quarter pounder... No problem until I had to wait an extra 12 minutes for the quarter pounder with cheese and thekids happy meals are probably cold by now and the ice melted in their drinks...
