I ordered through the kiosk and the terminal card reader wasn't working, so I got the receipt paid at register while I waited a... good 10 minutes, and then another 30 minutes for an order they never even made to begin, I asked for my ordered to be voidedbecause I'm already irritated. What's worse is that the amount that was refunded wasn't even the full amount, if I were to askfor some sort of compensation I would most likely get two coupons of free cones which doesn't even cover it. I came to get breakfast today on 10-15-2022 @ 6am and the morning manager was so RUDE all I told her was can I have fresh... hashbrowns because they were cold when I got them and she had the worst attitude so i just drove off if you don't like your jobthen why did you become a manager you have horrible customer service skills and you had people driving back around just to goinside because you wouldn't fix the problem you have no care for customers. I come here every morning and get same thaing. To the manager with the bad attitude this morning was unnecessary. You are RUDE. ... I said large OJ and she gave a me a small one when I told her she got mad and took the drink back now after touching my moneyand opens the cup put it in a large and gave it back.
