Ordered strawberry crepe pies and was given pumpkin pies in the strawberry crepe pie packaging. Problem aside from price... difference is that I?m super allergic to pumpkin. Broke out in hives immediately followed by breathing issues after. My weekendwas ruined. I notified them and all they could say is to come back for replacement. I don?t trust them anymore. I made acomplaint to corporate and they never responded but kept sending the complaint over the managers. It took three complaint for meto get someone that understood the seriousness of the problem. I made an incident report a week ago and haven?t heard fromanyone ever since. Not really sure if these people understand that I could have died if I didn?t know what to do. I don?trecommend this place at all and if the owner of this location reads this please get in contact with me. Read more
INCREDIBLY slow. I can understand waiting 20 minutes but to wait almost an hour is completely unacceptable. Hopefully the... franchisee will gain control of the situation and improve their operations. Until then, I'm sure they'll continue to receive badreviews and lose business. Read more

BAD EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME I GO FOR TAKE OUT. THE SERVICE IS SLOW, PLACE IS DIRTY. TIME LINE FOR FOOD, REAL TALK OVER 30MIN. WENT... TODAY ABOUT 5PM. PEOPLE WAITING TO PUT IN ORDER, SOME SITTING AT TABLE WAITING FOR FOOD. FLOOR'S DIRTY AND SOILED. MANAGER NOTCUSTOMER FRIENDLY. NEEDS MORE TRAINING EXPERIENCE. They need to either hire someone who can clean up since there getting paid $16 or more that?s more that hard working jobs. This... place is disgusting and dirty inhumane. If I was the manager I would put people to work or they would be fired. This isridiculous. Read more
This morning after waiting in a very long drive-thru line?.. one that ended near the entrance and exit near Chase Bank, I... finally got my food and it had a long strand of hair in it. The only reason I noticed it is because I happened to pick up thesandwich and it was easy to see due to the yellow paper it?s wrapped in. I pulled it slightly to see how long it was and I gotdisgusted. I just don?t know if they are wearing bonnets or hair nets at all. I spoke with a manager who just offered me areplacement meal. It?s just after spending 30 minutes in a line, to get hair in your food and returning for another long line?.Just doesn?t make me feel happy or like my experience is compensated. They should have offered like a get to the front of theline pass. You can always replace money but time, can?t be replaced. Read more
this is by far the worst McDonald's!!!!! i called yesterday to complain but there is no one answering the telephone. i also... called corporate. I have worked in customer service and also in the fast food industry and I understand not every order is goingto be 100% but my order was completely HORRIBLE! even for McDonald's standards. my order was 4 cheeseburgers (no pickles oronions) and fries very simple right? well i opened my bag when i got home and saw that all four of my burgers have been squisheddown and also my "cheeseburgers were missing. cheese!" i live 5 mins away from this place and i should've gone back andcomplained in person but i was already spend from my day working myself. i just wanted to come home to enjoy my meal. pleasedon't waste your money! do not go to this McDonald's! Unfortunately, service here has become non-existent. It appears soon there will only be kiosks to serve customers, which might... be better considering the current service is so terrible. Everyone who works is completely miserable, angry, and just annoyed tobe there, and it shows. They don't care to really help or be of service, especially when something is wrong. It's verydisappointing how much service has gone down in so many fast food establishments over the last few years. Hopefully, it getsbetter, but this particular location really needs so much improvement, especially considering how busy they always are. Read more
