This location is great. The crew took care of our dining needs with a positive vibe. A young gentleman was working the drive... thru so efficiently that the experience took me on a mental flashback to the days when I myself was a young man working thedrive thru window of this location many, many moons ago. Bought a spicy nacho chicken munchie meal and it barely had cheese! Not worth it here it?s so dry
Fast and friendly. The manager was very personable. I didn't need him for anything, he was working on the floor and just making... nice conversation while he worked. Clean location also. Highly recommend. Read more
The service is always wonderful, this jack in the box is my favorite one of them all. I have so many great experiences here, one... that i will never forget is when it was raining out and i was just ready to head to the street when a worker from jack (Morelia)ran towards me and hands me a bag of fries that they?d forgotten to give out. i mean the dedication to go out and RUN in therain i?m so thankful she caught me in time. Ordered online and picked up, made no substitution or special orders but items were still incorrect.Ordered the chicken salad... and they gave us a bowl with just chicken?! When I asked where my salad was they seemed confused and repeatedly asked what typeof salad i ordered. Then the patty melt I ordered had no grilled onions, sent it back, new order didn't have onions again. 3rdtime got it back, but with barely onions- I was done and wanted to go home plus no one ever apologized...everytime they handedme the burger the lady looked mad like it was fault that they kept messing up, extremely strange and exhausting experience. I guess asking for extra lettuce on a taco is to much to ask for. Tacos soggy and old. Both tacos had soggy lettuce inside that... looked like they put in the fryer with lettuce inside the tacos! Gross! The curly fries were crumbs not fries. Horrible foodhere. Should?ve gone to Taco Bell across the street. At least they are willing to give u extra lettuce and their food is fresh.I know I shouldn?t expect much in a low quality community like Moreno Valley, but I though at least tacos could be made right.Guess not.
