It?s a tricky one. The restaurant I?ve been to in Roseburg, Oregon several times has been fantastic. The one in Moreno Valley... got all but the fries wrong, so it was incredibly disappointing. For a $13+ burger, you kinda expect at least the toppings to bewhat you ordered. At least on ONE of the burgers. They were all incorrect. Read more
I came in 10 minutes before close first thing I hear some guy cleaning saying I told you someone was going to come in last... minute, so i thought here we go I might as well just leave but then the cashier Ashtin Greeted me with a big smile and wassuper friendly and helpful as it was my first time at Five guys, I'm glad to know there is still some good young men out theredoing a great job. I had a visit around 430 6/30/22. After receiving my order I noticed the fries were undercooked, so I came back in to request a... remake. The fries were remade, but still undercooked, so this time I requested a refund, but was not granted one because themanager said that since they already remade the fries he cannot issue a refund. Sub par customer service paired with sub parfood. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Read more
This place is horrible! They gave me fries that were not fully cooked , they were super soft ew. You?d think spending a lot of... money on food would come out good but i guess not. I won?t be coming back. Read more

Great food for the price. Something they changed recently (within a matter of days actually) to online order only. Overheard a... worker (or manager?) say they are understaffed at the moment. Maybe consider another location if the you don't want the wait,attitude, or order online. Read more
There was an Iphone6 on the counter when I walked in, so I handed it to the cashier. Cashier handed it to a male working the... grill. The male working the grill started playing on the phone with his food gloves on. I called him out on it, and he lied deadto my face saying he was not on a phone at all. I'm assuming these employees will keep the phone, and not return it to themanager. I hope this post helps someone out. Changing my review Did a grubhub this evening ordered two burgers and 5 guys forgot the second burger the bag was sealed and... qualitychecked. How do you forget to add an entire burger the order ticket is right there in front of you, this is the 3rd timeusing grubhub this year and you guys failed to put an item in the bag. No I don't want to come pick it up thats the purpose ofhaving it delivered. Why quality check and seal it ? How would you feel if you were missing some hours on your check sameprinciple as leaving out an item that was paid for I get the staff shortages I have no problem with waiting or even getting awarm meal it can be reheated but missing items and to give a tip based on a complete order.
