When I go to a BBQ place or a smokehouse I expect to smell smoke from a smoker. Well I can tell you outside or in the... restaurant I could not smell smoke. I ordered beef brisket and pork burnt ends. My sister ordered ribs and pulled pork. Noneof this meat had a hint or taste of smoke. The meat tasted like it was baked in a oven and with very little seasoning and wasvery dry. I?m not gonna touch on the sides except for they were not good but we all know the main dish (meat) will make orbreak a BBQ place. Maybe I?m spoiled because I am from St. Louis and am used to some of the best smoke meat. Unfortunately Iwill not be returning here the next time I visit. Read more
ordered the 2 meals for $25 meal, wanted waffle fries i received mac and cheese instead, wanted pork ribs for one of my meats,... got sausage instead; plus they didn?t add bbq sauce on one of the meats. food was dry and cold. I tried calling multiple timesbut no answer. very disappointing Read more
Wasn't so happy with my order .had order my party pack 1day before.so when I went to pick up they didn't had what I ordered.they... had sold out the meats I ordered and only had 2 options of meats.who ever was in charge of placing the orders never put theorder in.and also not worth for what i paid for .it was for 10-12 guest and it was for like 5 guest..had to go buy more foodsomewhere else.and I was still missing the biscuits.my pack was 2 kind of meats and 2 sides and the biscuits. Plus I had 2 moresides and ribs wich never got my ribs cause they had sold out ...so what's the point of ordering head of time if they not ganaplace you're order and not have the meats you order.. Ordered the BYB Wings and Ribs Party Pack ???? overall food was good. Some wings were overcooked but its all good. Only... complain I have is older fella that I asked about the food had an attitude. You can feel the attitude and hear it in his voice.Was out with Family so didn't wanna be an ahole and start an argument with him. Read more
We ordered over $60 in food via Doordash and paid $1.50 for a side of pickles that we didn't get. We also didn't get the bbq... sauces. They didn't pack utensils or napkins. There was plastic pieces mixed in with the meat. The 1lbs of brisket was mostlyfat! So gross! Read more
I placed an order today 11/27/2022 for pickup at 1115 am. I arrived about 1130 my order wasn?t ready. The staff was fairly rude... and unconcerned about the lateness of my order. I waited about another 10 minutes and finally received my order. My orderconsisted of 2 lbs of brisket, 1 lb of smoked sausage, 1 lb of chicken breast, and 1 lb of pulled pork. I got my order home andwe could tell that all the meat was dry like it was placed in a refrigerator and reheated the next day. I?m pretty good atsmoking meat and know once you pull any meat out of the smoker it?s beyond tender and extremely juicy. This wasn?t the case allthe meat especially the chicken and pork was dry. The store also tried to mask the dried chicken by pouring bbq sauce on thetop. Chicken breast cannot be reheated because of this. I spent well over $100.00 on this order to have my order consist of leftovers. This is absolutely ridiculous and should be addressed immediately. Update: thank you for the response but it seems likeyou responded just to show the community that you are taking action. But the fact is nothing is changing with this franchisee.This particular store is receiving several one star reviews.
