These mfs always messing up my orders. Like how can you consistently make the wrong shit????
Stale tortilla, sour cream instead of bold sauce, they put CHEESE on the hamburger that we said no cheese please and then gave... us a hamburger with cheese that they took off leaving cheese residue on the meat and bread. My son can?t eat the meal. Thanksfor your customer obsession. Going the extra mile to make sure the order is correct. The food looks like a child made it. Theonly thing that ? nope they didn?t give us sauce or napkins ? no receipt either so when we went back inside to get the orderfixed they refused because I couldn?t give them a receipt even though we just went through the drive thru. Del Taco is one of my favorite places to go get fast food. But today I had the worst experience at this location. The customer... service was horrible I had to repeat myself like five times and I still got my order wrong. I even called the location to letthem know that they got my order wrong and the young lady that answered was so rude and told me if I wanted to come back and paythe difference I could. But I decided not to go back just because it really wasn?t my fault when I specifically repeated myselflike five times and she told me that she had gotten it correct but she didn?t. I honestly feel you guys should hire Betteremployees that actually want to to work and not play around. Read more
Horrible service that went along with the horrible quality of the food. They had no hot sauce as well. I ordered my tacos Del... Taco style. They didnt come with any of the extras that you pay for. When I asked for my refund. I was told to come back thefollowing day. To top it off, all the taco shells were old and broken in half. Read more
Had a large order so went inside. Staff were nice and friendly. Was not missing anything when I got home so definitely a plus!
