The drive-thru line is always long and slow. The drive-thru wait time is long for staff to take orders. Homeless people are... always sleeping on the sidewalk. The food is cold when received do to the long wait in the drive-thru. The atmosphere is notinviting. The service is slow dining-in and drive-thru, and food is cold. Read more

This is the best del taco I have ever been too thanks to Isidro Justin Rebecca and Alfonso .for their amazing service it was fun... fast and easy to order .and the food was so delicious very well portioned/ hooked up.best service I have ever had thank you somuch u guys are a blessing.???????????????????? Ordered burritos and another combo. First we were overcharged, was given a drink to accommodate,. Burritos were made with old... rice that was hard, chicken was dry and hard, couldn't even finish the food except for the fries,. Rootbeer was mostlycarbonation, Last time going to this location. Deserves 0 stars! Horrible experiences here!! From food tasting like CLEANING CHEMICALS! to sauce being CURDLED! milkshake... being WATERY! Lack of customer service--refunded and RECHARGE for something else. Never mind the fact I had to come BACK upthere TWICE because the line was horrendous the day of. I rather drive to a different one further away than spend anotherdollar there! Read more

After my experience with this del taco manager today, I was reminded why I don't visit this location. Of course my order wasn't... made like I asked, so I called the store and was told by the guy who answered the phone that he was the manager. I asked severaltimes his name, then he asked me my name and i gave him my name and he still refuse to tell me his name. He continued to saywhat's your issue very rudely so I decided not to deal with ignorance so I called corporate instead. He must have missed all hismanager customer service courses. Manager, Team leads and employees please be mindful of how you want to be treated when your acustomer. Read more
