With the demand of the amount of people that were in line to try to get a cheese steak which I was impressed that they did use... provolone cheese. But the poor people behind the line four people to run a station to serve 10 to 15 people just makes the waitkind of ridiculous. And once again I felt that. Some of the customer service agents did not want to be there and it showed intheir effort when calling out the numbers to try to get people to come get their food. If you don't want people to be talkingthen put it on a LCD screen monitor in front of your restaurant and have the numbers pop up on the screen to say this numberfood is ready to be picked up. That way your customer service agents or your Cooks don't have to scream the number over thecounter and such a busy area. The food was good but location location just didn't make up for it. I should not be thinking aboutprofit margins when I'm ordering food a simple screen would make it so much easier to get things accomplished in a fast andmore efficient way because people were lining up to get the food but they were very uncomfortable staying around waiting for thefood to be served. It would make more sense to buy a bigger space and have more people working on a line to make sure yoursandwiches go out a lot quicker. Read more
Not impressed at all. This place should say they sell subway sandwiches with melted cheese. $9 is good if you actually get meat.... The server asked me if I wanted lettuce and tomato after she put it on my sandwich. I have never had a philly cheese like thatand I will never again. Read more
