Before I ordered, I asked if they had ranch and they said they did. So I ordered my food with chicken tenders 3 piece. After I... got my my food. I checked the bag before I left. Sure enough, no ranch. Took the first bite of the tenders n it felt weirdholding it. So I broke it open and seen this. Not sure what it is, but it was not a chicken tender. Giving it one star because I need a rating to submit this review. Ordered a lettuce wrapped guacamole bacon burger, and got a... regular burger even after confirming at the window that my order was correct. Since this was a drive thru order my boyfriendwent in to get me the correct burger and he was met with rude remarks. Disappointing experience my new guacamole bacon burger,has almost no guacamole. This Carl's Jr. is not on my list of regular Carl's Jr. spots as the orders I place are normally incorrect, poorly presented,... even have issues with the soda, and I had severely poor customer service. HOWEVER, I went there on 2/9/22. I was greeted at thecounter by a young woman named Shakerra (it was on the receipt). She was so friendly, so patient, and kind. She brought our foodto the table and was so polite. I always appreciate when I encounter stellar employees. Thank you! Read more
