Rosa the manager there is very rude and obnoxious no customer service or communication skills. She is also very rude and... disrespectful to the young employees that work under her. This burger king had great customer service. I had placed a mobile order for 2 packs of 2pk chocolate chip cookies. When I went... to pick them up they didnt have any. The lady asked if i would like a hershey pie instead. I have never had them but since itwas so difficult to get a refund for a mobile order we tried them. When I opened the bag she gave me 3 pies. One for each of mykids. They loved the pies! We will be back for more!!!! Read more

This location is not a good location. On the menu's it advertises a Value menu with most items under $2. (actually 1.50). I... ordered three items from this menu. When I got to the window of the drive thru they said that the total was over $8. Ichallenged this since 3x$2 at the worst is only $6. The woman at the window said they do not have a Value Menu. I told themit is illegal to post a menu and prices and then double the cost. This is standard practice here and would suggest goingsomeplace else. It is the second time I have seen it at lease. Slow, unmotivated employees. When I was placing my order, I felt as if I was speaking to an eight year old austic child who had... just been involved in a head on collision on the highway. I ordered two fries, an iced tea and a coke. After driving away Idiscovered the fries were cold and I got two cokes. It seemed like a simple order to me, but apparently it was too much for themto handle. I believe the the hiring manager needs to tighten their standards a bit. Read more
First time trying the Ghost Pepper Chicken Nuggets. I am surprised! I thought it would be bad, but they are actually good. For... me, they are not spicy. It still has good flavor. The cashier was very nice and quick. I would recommend trying the nuggets! Read more
