I FOUND A HAIR ON THE LEMON that was served to me . Along with a dirty dish !! Horrible Food here !! Waiter was forgetting... everything we asked for . Deep Dish pizza was dry all bread/crust . Taste was bland . Macaroni n cheese was out of a box andsuper dry when it was served to us. Sweet potato fries was dry over cooked . Chicken strips was dry and bland . My brisketburger was over cooked and I asked for medium well. One small piece of brisket in it. I asked for a manager and they told thewaiter instead so he came and asked if everything was ok. I walked up to the front and asked for a manager again and they wentand flagged down the waiter again! So asked for a real manager not my waiter. So she came out and I explained to her what wasgoing on and she was very rude and not professional at all. Personally I think this location exudes positive energy via intricately planned aesthetics and fantastic lighting. Moreno... valley, you have a perfect place to commune. Couple that with trendy music, fantastic food and matching service this BJsdelivers for me everytime. It has for many years in fact. On this visit in particular, I had a great time and can testify that Iwas surrounded by beautiful humans. I left smiling and felt both quenched and satiated. We got here at 7pm with a party of 8 and there was a empty table that perfectly fit all of us. I asked the manager if we could... sit there she said no sorry we have a party coming but the party never came I went to ask again and she said no with an attitudeclearly the manager was a having a bad day Makisha didn’t want anything to do with customer service. Regardless of having abad day or an attitude I don’t think especially a manager named “Makisha” should be in this type of environment customersalways come first!
