Horrible service. Called and recieved the wrong soup. That is why I went. Took forever with cashier ignoring the long line to... hang up a poster. The foreman was sitting down. I asked to talk to the manager. Your employees are in LA LA Land, you need toTrain in how to work efficiently. This is why I don't come in. Even when it's slow your service is poor. And I had to come backin because my order wasn't complete. Very unorganized. I don't have this problem in Cleveland Heights. Read more
Placed an order online. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and asked if I was picking up an order. My order was ready for... me and even though they were busy they still took time to assist with my Macron choices. I will visit again and maybe dine inthis time. Read more
10 stars for the rum cake. It was simple the most moist piece of cake I have ever had. The rating went down due to the hot... chocolate not being very chocolatey and the employee working the floor talking to the other employees at the top of her lungs. Iknow some people are just loud talkers but this is a quiet bakery/cafe and everyone there didn't need to know about her plansfor the evening. Not very professional. Read more
I love Luna Bakery & Café In my impromptu professional opinion it is the best café in the city. It is consistently good and... even if they mess up my order I know I will still get something tasty. Lemon curd crepe was so sweet, it hurt our tooth. We couldn't eat it there, so we boxed it in hope that we might tooth it later,... we'll see... We ordered avocado toast instead to eat there as we were hungry. Half the toast had rotten brown avocado on it. Italso was too salty, it was probably salted twice by mistake. We had to throw it in the bin. Breakfast burrito was alrightthough. Based on this experience, we would be mad to go here again. Read more
The food here was delicious! My favorite thing is their Nutella and banana crepes, but their herb scrambled eggs were also... fantastic! They also make a big effort to be eco friendly here, so supporting them supports our planet, too! I would totallyrecommend coming here for breakfast. Read more
I?m surprised that anyone would rate this place less than 5 stars. I?ve found service and food consistently excellent, and I... visit frequently since I live only a few miles away. Someone posted that the breakfast burrito was ?bland,? or something likethat. It?s actually the reason that I go sometimes, just for that.
