Stopped here about an hour before they closed and was glad that it wasn't super packed. Our waitress was very attentive and... helpful. I ordered the Seafood Nachos and they were great! My son enjoyed his flounder, however, my aunt ordered the floundersandwich and was very displeased because it was a really thin piece of fish and it was just on a bun, no lettuce/ tomato, etc.But in the restaurants defense, it was served exactly as it was stated in the menu. I wasn't a huge fan of the credit card fee,but it wouldn't deter me from returning. I was pleased overall! Read more

Ordered the Bahamian tacos. Very good tacos served with fries. Very filling. Staff was great. Greeted at the door. Hostess... took us to our table and our server Very helpful and was quick. Snappers Grill & Steam Bar this is a great restaurant in Morehead City, NC. This is a wonderful restaurant that has a large menu... with a variety of choices. Sandwiches burgers, salads, seafood and a great Steam pot. If you?re looking for a restaurant thathas great food and a large variety for the entire family snappers grill in Morehead city is the place to be! And oh by the way Iforgot to mention the lobster bisque is out of this world! As you can imagine during the summer this place gets pretty busy somake sure you come early or plan on waiting to get a seat. They also have a bar area. Robert our server made our first visit amazing. The portions of FRESH food you get are hugh!! With that being said you get what... you pay for with was delicious seafood. Visiting Atlantic Beach we wanted to try a local sea food restaurant and this was recommended to us so we gave it a try. When we... arrived a worker opened the door and greeted us with a smile, we felt so welcomed and happy stepping inside. The server promptlyseated us and everyone was super friendly. We got a popular dish Mahi Mahi and wow. The seasoning is so good!!! We tried theirtraditional wings as well and the flavor was on point!! We truly enjoyed our meal. We finished with the Key Lime Pie and somechocolate cake with ice cream. It was delicious i couldn't even take a photo bc I was so into it... Stopping at this local fish place MADE our trip! The server was so funny and kind. The tree outside said to be 500 years old is... simply stunning, so we ate outside to be near it. We had never had crab legs before, so the waiter taught us what to do and wasimpressed with the amount of meat we ended up sucking out of the legs. Lol. Once we did a little research we realized the crablegs weren't fresh or local, so that made us a little sad. But really, what is locally caught or grown these days? Point is, thefood was delicious and the experience is one we wouldn't trade for the world. So this place gets an easy 5 stars. Read more
