Jimmy John's is our favorite sub place. It's inconvenient enough that they close at 5 pm. But we plan around it. JJ is my 6 year... old's favorite thing. So the other day we raced home, got ready, and rushed there to make it before 5. Planning to grab somesubs and go to the beach. I got there at 4:45 to see two employees cleaning up, one told me they were closed. "But it's not 5o'clock yet," I said. She told me that the delivery driver had to leave early so they were closing. It didn't make much sense,you'd think they could have stayed open for customers who were coming into the restaurant. I was a little caught off guard andupset that I'd have to tell my 6 year old we weren't getting his favorite food. I said "Your hours are very inconvenient" orsomething like that, and the woman got an attitude with me and told me I could find someone to work there if I wanted them to beopen. I get it, places are short-staffed. But they couldn't stay open for 15 more minutes? And those two people couldn't make asandwich? Not to mention the attitude was uncalled for. We went to Jersey Mike's which seemed to have plenty of employees whowere courteous and nice. My son liked it after I got him to stop crying about "his Jimmy John's". Very disappointed in delivery last week. Placed my order and then received a phone call asking if I wanted to add a tip on to my... order. Very rude! Then proceed to let me know their delivery fees would be going up! If you don?t want me to be a customeranymore just say so!!! Read more
I come home at 6 you?re closed , I ride by Sunday and lights are off , no hours posted on the door , I call on Sunday about 3:15... and someone answers and says you?re closed , explains you?re open from 11AM- 3PM, really 4 hours and.
