The people were very nice and friendly. The service was excellent ???? Fast, efficient and friendly. The food um.. not so great... ???? Hey, it wasn't bad, cooked right and hot. I can sum up my experience there as: "poorly management decisions" we were a party of 5, and we had to wait to be sitting for 15... minutes while parties of 3 and even 4 came in after us and went in before we did, I thought it was due to them waiting for aplace that will fit a party of 5 so they can sit us, but no, we got a regular table, not a booth, and an extra chair was pulledas we walked to the table, blocking part of the walking path, it took another 15 minutes for servers to come to us and ask if wewere served yet to which we said "no we were not", as we are waiting to be served more customers came in and sit, we ended upwaiting for so long for our server and our orders to be taken and our food served that other customers that came and set afterus were already eating. My server was sweet but the food wasn?t good. I asked for egg whites scrambled with American cheese. They placed the cheese on... top. The t bone was tough was not able to finish it. Eggs were replaced, but For the cost of 17 dollars for this plate shouldhave came out right the 1st time. Im quite sure they would have replaced the T-bone. Slow and upsetting. We came in as a table of 4 for a late breakfast/lunch, the place was about 2/3rds full. Were able to sit... down after 5 minutes of waiting so no complaints there but once we had ordered our food we waited over 45 minutes and stillhadn?t received anything besides refills. A family of 3 was seated about 15 minutes after us and they had gotten their foodbefore us and the other 2 tables that were seated ahead of us, who were also still waiting on their food. We ended up walkingout because it was just frustrating at that point and was not worth waiting another possible 30 minutes. Waste of our time. Read more
