Pulled in for an iced caramel macchiato and to satisfy a craving for cranberry muffin. Young lady at the window was awesome but... whoever made my coffee forgot the caramel. It's the caramel that makes it sweet so I couldn't drink any of it until I got homeand put some sweetener in it because it was too bitter. Read more

But when they don't have biscuits which is often they'll offer you... sourdough or a croissant but watch out what they don't tell you is it costs different twice as much once you get around to payarea they should tell you the price difference Read more
I used your work here a long time ago when it was the original Baskin Robbins Dunking Donuts when I was much younger in my 20's.... I am 42 years old now so I will stop by my former employer every now and then for a ice coffee and a donut.. When I did go ondifferent occasions the service was good. Me and my 3 friends stopped here in the way to our destination and the service inside was so rude and not welcoming at at all.... The drive through wait was beyond unreasonable, and once we got up to the window , one of my friends was sick asking to add alarge water but they didn?t allow it , which in most places water is free. The employees were rude and disrespectful seemed asthough they had no care for the customers. Never coming here again. Read more
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. When you have to call twice to get someone to answer it's bad. Especially when it's... 5:10AM and no one in drive thru. How do I know there was no one in drive thru? Well, I was delivery driver at Tractor SupplyStore next door and have clear view. Moving on... She did finally answer. I asked her if her lobby was open so I could getbreakfast she said yes. I walked over and it was NOT open. In fact, there was a sign on the door that said lobby doesn't openuntil 7AM. Very disappointing. I tried to call back after standing outside the door for a few minutes and no one answered again.I will NEVER try to spend my money here again no matter how many times I deliver at Tractor Supply. Kind of bummed with our current meal. Ordered late breakfast between meetings today. We are not only missing donuts and sweets.... We are eating burnt bacon, and a very toasted everything bagel. Also, had to add our own cream cheese to our bagel. $50 dollarslater, we are still hungry and a little salty. Read more
This Dunkin used to be so much better. Pre covid, we used to come so often, and everything was great, food was on time and... correct. Today I ordered our usual but with 6 donuts. EVERY SINGLE DONUT was stale and hard. It?s bad enough there is barely anyfrosting on them EVER, (who buys donuts for the cake?!) no one! But this place is really disappointing from someone local whohas supported for almost 10 years. We miss all the old crew! They always kept this place on point. I know it?s hard with newstaff, but to serve stale day old donuts at 10am on a Sunday both racks were full of donuts, is no excuse. Read more
I have visited the location on several occasions. The service and products are inconsistent at best. Last week I had an... interaction with an employee that was extremely rude for no apparent reason other than the store being busy. This morning Iordered through the mobile app to pick up in side. I arrived and the doors were locked. This lead me to get into a drive thruline that was wrapped around the building. When it was my turn I had the same employee as last week and was greeted more rudelythan before. After I pulled up I heard her continue with the same attitude to the next guest. As I stated above the food anddrinks are inconsistent as for today my coffee was made incorrectly and my toast was not toasted just simply a piece of bread.By far the worst Dunkin in this immediate area.
