Drive thru service was extremely slow. I'm pretty patient but the wait is ridiculous. Went thru drive thru at 5:05 p.m. At... least 10 cars waiting 10 to 15 min. Two Male workers seemed confused while two female employees walked around with clip boardslooking around. The clip board girls should have jumped in and actually been "leaders" or at least worked the fries being itwas 5 / dinner time. I think the problem is not with the staff but with management. Also....drive thru window and glassbetween food counter and inside customers could use heavy duty windex cleaning. Read more
I love Bojangles, however, this is the worst one I've ever visited. This morning they gave me the wrong order, charged me for... it, then finally gave me my correct order and charged me for that as well. I was forced to pay for food I didn't order nor want.The staff were very rude and the biscuits were under cooked. Read more
It was my first time trying bojangles as we don't have them up north, but I wasn't disappointed. Definately a nice spot for... chicken and biscuits. I will be having it again for sure. Would be 5 star but was lacking on the southernhospitality(politeness), otherwise great experience. Read more
Huge drive thru line wrapped around building. We waited 20 minutes and the line barely moved. We waited 30 minutes and the line... moved maybe 2 car lengths but after 39 minutes we were not even close to where you place your order. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! Someone ISN'T doing their job!! Hello, "FAST FOOD"???? If the people you r hired are this terrible at doing their job ..someone needs to fire them and get a new staff!! It tells me that people are NOT working!! They're talking, playing, on theirphones... But they are NOT waiting on PAYING CUSTOMERS and getting out food orders!! If you own this Bojangles.. you need to dosome surprise visits!! Was supposed to be cajun filet biscuit. Unfortunately the biscuit was too hard to eat as well. TERRIBLE
If you are expecting the store hours to be accurate do not hope for much. Hours online and on the door for a Saturday night say... they stay open until 11pm. We arrived at 9pm and they were already closed. At least they could update the hours to the actualtime they close either online or at the store or both. Read more

I have not been to a fast food restaurant for fried chicken in 15+ years. I typically do not enjoy it (from another popular... restaurant) at all. Tonight my husband chose a quick meal for us to take home and Bojangles was his choice. I actually loved it!Everything we had was soooo... good. We ordered the chicken, slaw, pinto beans, dirty rice and the bbq pork sandwiches. We willmost definitely be back :) Read more
