This was the worst McDonald's experience ever. One of the managers were handling a complaint from and underage employees mother.... Boone was working front cash, nor drive through window. Plus employees were aware of the customers but just didn't care. I onlywanted a large fry. A customer before me placed his order, but never paid, so he was just standing there wondering when someonewas going to accept his money. When it's breakfast time the food and service is fast but lunch time is a no for me. I normally don't do lunch at McDonalds but... Tuesday I came around 2 o'clock in the afternoon and ordered a Quarter pounder deluxe meal and got a real good surprise when Imade it back. For one, it was not a deluxe so I had to get past that but the kicker for me was I opened up the sandwich and themeat was cut in half as if this sandwich was made for a coworker and before they but it they decided to give it to me.Immediately my stomach turned and in the trash it went. So just a couple months ago I had stopped and left a review about this McDonald's and it was pretty much just about the long... wait time, the lack of lighting outside, and the lack of mask wearing inside. Honestly there was three people sitting in thelobby just sitting around, and I honestly feel like the employees there keep the lights off just so they don't get busy, so theydon't have to do anything basically just get paid for sitting there all night. Well I just went back last night, and againthere was like no lights on outside so you could barely tell the place was open, the only way to tell if this place is open isif you actually live in the area and know it's open or if you pull into the parking lot into the drive-thru cuz the drive-thrusigns are lit up but nothing else is. the first thing I noticed of course was the lights the second thing I noticed was thegirl at the pay window didn't have her mask on it was hanging on her neck. my thing is yes the lobby may be closed and it may beonly like five of you in the building, but when a customer comes through the drive-thru you should lift your mask up over yournose there's absolutely no reason why you should be answering the window with your mask off like at least pull it up in front ofthe customers that's like the least thing that you can do pretend like you're wearing it And then I got to the second windowand thank God the little black boy working the food window he had a mask on but the one next to him did not. And not only did henot have a mask on, but while I was sitting at the window he walked up took a napkin wiped his whole entire face and his mouththen crumpled it up in his hand and grabbed a cup from the cup dispenser.
