Never online order from here received my burrito with very little ingredients and smaller than the size of my palm. Hot head has... went downhill significantly in the past couple of months it?s probably from the employee shortage but they are hiring people whoare rude do not care and will skimp on ingredients but have the prices be raised constantly over the past year. Would have been 5 stars but they didn't have any cheddar cheese. Kroger has cheddar cheese so I don't get it. Sweet habenero... sauce is delicious. Pork is delicious. Love my dinner! Read more
Love the food but the service left a lot to be desired. We used to go to this location regularly but over the last few months... their service has gotten more unfriendly to the point of rudeness. Germantown and the Dorthy Lane/Dixie Highway locations havemuch better service. Read more
I?m normally not one to complain, but Never have I ever had such horrible customer service at this location? the women walking... in this pic was who serviced me, couldn?t put a name because she was not wearing a name tag. But she clearly was more worriedabout getting off or going to smoke that she was in a rush VS. taking her time when I was placing my order. I get a simple smallbowl.. & everything I requested she some how ?didn?t hear me? ? even tho i ordered the same way I always have and have never hadissues with being heard, and if you couldn?t hear me you should clarify what I?m asking for instead of assuming. She then got anattitude because I asked for things to be put on lightly, being that I?m pregnant I am somewhat picky right now but I wouldassume using less of an item wouldn?t be that big of a deal? she got upset and grabbed the food off of my bowl and startedthrowing it off to the side - this is when she said she couldn?t hear me? sadly this was one and hopefully the only time I willexperience such horrible service at this store. This location is close to my house & I come here very often, I will just makesure next time I get someone else to make my food? but I definitely think she could be coached in her customer service skillsand or making sure the customer is leaving satisfied. Being someone who has worked in food and customer service for over 10years, and has 6+ years of management experience, I would not want this person serving customers the way I was served today.Simply caring about your job and what the customer is requesting goes a long way. Very disappointed unfortunately. The food was mediocre at best and had a terrible quality for price ratio. The staff was... unfriendly and the store was in filthy condition. They had a sports talk show blaring over the restaurant loud speakers and madethe dining in experience even worse. I normally love burrito places, but this was terrible. Read more
Hot heads is the best. As long as you order in person. If you order online the just throw it together and you get less. But... if you go online it's quick, easy, and good portions. I would pick here over any other burrito place Read more
